To synchronize heat in insemination and embryo transparency at fixed time.

Cows:
Placentary retention: 5 ml
Persistent luteo body: 2 ml
Pyometra: 5 ml
Anestrus: 1.5 to 2.5 ml
Mommified fetus: 5 ml
Amniotic hidropesia: 3 to 4 ml

Calves: Anestrus: 1.5 ml
Mares: Anestrus: 2.5 to 5 ml
Female Pig: Anestrus: 0.25 to 0.50 ml
Sheeps: Anestrus: 0.25 to 0.50 ml
